Engineering America’s Next Treasure, The National Medal of Honor Museum

Jeff Williams, P.E., is the President and CEO at Graham Associates, a civil engineering and surveying firm in Arlington and Fort Worth. With over 40 years of experience, he has served as the Engineer or Principal-in-Charge on many landmark projects such as Globe Life Park, AT&T Stadium, Southlake Town Square, River Legacy Living Science Center, IH-30 Three Bridges, Nebraska Furniture Mart and more. Williams has been recognized as a Distinguished Engineer by his Alma Mater Texas Tech University and in the Chi Epsilon Civil Engineering Honor Fraternity at both Texas Tech and University of Texas at Arlington. From 2015-2021, he served as the Mayor of Arlington advancing the city with more than 14 new businesses and over 6,000 new jobs resulting in $5 billion in additional revenue for the City. Williams’ leadership was critical in keeping the Rangers, bringing the National Medal of Honor Museum to Arlington, and expanding the Entertainment District. ASCE awarded Williams the Outstanding Elected Official Award in 2021. Williams is a gifted communicator with an ability to anticipate challenges while casting a vision. His accolades and achievements are numerous, and his impact is felt across many platforms.

Mike Peterson, P.E., R.P.L.S., has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and surveying. He is an incredible problem solver and develops innovative solutions that keeps client’s coming back. His dual expertise in engineering and surveying is a huge benefit for any project. Peterson has served as the Civil Engineer for projects such as AT&T Stadium, Johnson Creek Stream Restoration, Nebraska Furniture Mart in The Colony, Lakesong Master-Planned Community, and more. He has helped lead projects that have been awarded Project of the Year by the State ASCE Chapter and finalist at the National ASCE level as well as recognitions from Texas Public Works Association and Texas Planning Association. His breadth of experience and knowledge is vast and his strong technical abilities in civil engineering and surveying design are unmatched.
